HR Operations Officer - Alumni Feedback and Exit Survey

Senior Officer - ELCM Responsibilities Manage Alumni Feedback (Exit Survey) operations, including coordination of calling‑based and survey‑based feedback for exited employees. Prepare, consolidate, and share exit survey data dumps, call summaries, and feedback trackers with Group HR – People Analytics and GCC HR leadership. Act as a single‑point coordinator for exit feedback data, responding to urgent and time‑bound data requests from stakeholders. Support SurveyMonkey‑based exit surveys, including extraction of master data and coordination on technical issues (e.g., renewal or access challenges). Maintain calling effort summaries, response status (Responded / Not Responded / Follow‑up), and alumni feedback documentation. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness while sharing alumni and exit feedback information. Coordinate with GCC HR Help Desk team members and escalate dependencies or constraints impacting timely data closure. Qualifications Education - Any Graduate Skills & Competencies Strong HR operations and service desk orientation Data collation, tracking, and reporting discipline Stakeholder coordination and follow‑up rigor High attention to detail and confidentiality handling Working knowledge of exit surveys and alumni engagement processes
