We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of HR & Operations Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment and daily business operations.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Handle candidate follow-ups and onboarding process
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Support daily operational and administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

🔹 Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of HR/Operations (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
