Position: HR Executive

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Location: Medchal, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee coordination.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Assist in statutory compliance activities related to HR and labour regulations.

• Coordinate with internal departments for employee engagement and HR support.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain data in Excel and HR systems.

• Support payroll inputs and related HR administrative activities.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist role.

• Basic knowledge of HR statutory compliances and labour laws.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
