Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the establishment and operational readiness of a new multi-speciality hospital in Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, architects, government authorities, vendors, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely completion of all statutory, operational, and administrative requirements before the hospital becomes operational.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance & Hospital Licensing
Coordinate all statutory approvals and registrations required for hospital commencement.
Follow up with consultants and government departments for:
Clinical Establishment Registration
Fire NOC
Pollution Control Board approvals
Biomedical Waste Management authorization
Lift License
Electrical Safety approvals
Pharmacy License
Blood Centre/Blood Storage approvals (if applicable)
PNDT Registration (if applicable)
AERB approvals for radiology equipment
NABH documentation support
Trade License
Labour Department registrations
Shops & Establishment Registration
GST and Professional Tax coordination
Any additional local/state healthcare compliances.
2. Clinical Coordination
Coordinate with doctors and consultants regarding joining schedules.
Follow up on credentialing and privileging documentation.
Ensure all medical staff licenses and registrations are verified.
Coordinate procurement of clinical equipment.
Liaise with nursing administration and departmental heads.
Maintain departmental readiness status.
3. Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate recruitment of:
Doctors
Nursing Staff
Technicians
Receptionists
Front Office Executives
Housekeeping
Security
Biomedical Engineers
Administrative Staff
Schedule interviews.
Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment tracker.
Coordinate induction and onboarding.
4. Operations Coordination
Maintain daily project progress tracker.
Coordinate with:
Architects
Interior contractors
Civil contractors
HVAC vendors
Biomedical vendors
IT vendors
Facility Management Agencies
Ensure all work is completed as per timelines.
Escalate delays immediately.
5. Documentation & Follow-up
Maintain all licenses and certificates.
Maintain document repository.
Prepare MIS reports.
Maintain project dashboard.
Follow up with every stakeholder until closure.
6. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate procurement activities.
Follow up for quotations.
Purchase Order tracking.
Delivery follow-up.
Installation coordination.
Asset documentation.

Experience
2–6 years in Hospital Operations, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Project Coordination, NABH, Licensing, or Healthcare Compliance.
Candidates with experience in commissioning or setting up hospitals will be preferred.
