Job Title: HR Executive (Female)
Location: Vikas Puri Extension, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations . The candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Manage attendance and leave records
Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support payroll coordination (basic level)
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
Organized and detail-oriented
