We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should be organized, adaptable, and willing to learn. Any graduate can apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases (HRMS)

• Handle attendance, leave management, and regular updates

• Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.)

• Manage employee documentation and background verification

• Handle exit formalities including full & final settlement

• Address employee queries related to HR operations
  

  We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

  • Schedule and manage interview processes with hiring managers

  • Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates

  • Manage offer roll-out and negotiation process

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
