We are looking for an experienced HR Team Lead who can lead a team of recruiters, ensure timely closures, maintain excellent client relationships, and consistently achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring and closure targets.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.

- Assign job requirements to recruiters and monitor daily productivity.

- Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and candidate joinings.

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including profile submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.

- Ensure quality candidate submissions and reduce turnaround time for positions.

- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to improve recruiter productivity.

- Resolve recruitment challenges and provide guidance to team members.

- Generate and share recruitment MIS reports with management.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, company policies, and service-level commitments.
