Job Title : HR Intern – Recruitment

Location : Work from office

Job Type : Paid Internship(5000/- Per month Stipend)

Duration : 3 months to 6 months

Reports To : Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Address : Vikas Nagar, Lucknow.

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations. You’ll assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)

• Screen resumes and help shortlist candidates for interviews Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Support recruitment events and onboarding activities as needed Help prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics

• Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interest in recruitment and HR Excellent communication and organizational skills
