We are looking for a HR Operations to join our team at K.R. Mangalam Admin office to manage the full-cycle Operation process for the organization. The HR Executive will handle daily HR operations and end-to-end payroll processing. The role focuses on smooth HR operations, accurate payroll, employee records, compliance, and HR documentation The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000 - ₹23,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS deductions and compliance as per statutory norms.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reports.
Address payroll queries of employees.
Process F&F calculations in coordination with payroll.
Prepare HR reports - attendance, leave, headcount, attrition, payroll MIS
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
