Job Summary
HMBS Textiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee records. The role will ensure smooth HR processes while supporting workforce management across the Kerala operations. Key HR Operations responsibilities typically include onboarding, employee documentation, payroll support, compliance management, HRMS maintenance, reporting, and employee query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exits.
Coordinate full & final settlement documentation and exit formalities.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift data.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS and employee databases.
Generate HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with Finance and payroll vendors for timely salary processing.
Support administration of employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.
Assist in Full & Final settlements and payroll reconciliations.
Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain statutory registers and documentation as required by law.
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, attrition, attendance, and manpower status.
Maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
Employee Engagement & Support
Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and HR initiatives.
Coordinate training programs and induction sessions.
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR-related employee concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in manufacturing, textile, or construction industries.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
