Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Thane for a Human Resources Executive at Saksham Universal. The HR Executive will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR management, operations of the complete employee lifecycle, employee relations, implementing HR policies and managing overall human resources functions.

Note: This position also requires a client visit. So if you are comfortable with client visits, only apply.

Qualifications

HR Management and HR Operations skills

Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge

Understanding of Human Resources (HR)

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Experience in HR Operations and recruitment processes

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
