Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for salary disbursement.
Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory compliances (where applicable).
Update employee information in HRMS/payroll software.
Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, and record management.
Required Skills
Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
