We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Assistant to primarily handle manpower deployment and operations coordination. The candidate will support HR and operations teams in ensuring proper allocation of manpower, regular follow-ups, and smooth execution of daily operational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle manpower deployment as per site requirements
• Coordinate with operations team for daily staffing needs
• Regular follow-up with employees regarding reporting and shift updates
• Support HR team in recruitment coordination
• Maintain manpower and deployment records
• Ensure smooth communication between HR, operations, and field staff
• Monitor attendance and assist in workforce management
