Role: HR Assistant
Experience: 1 - 4 years
Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Client: A leading Biofuel Industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations
• Assist in payroll processing
• Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Coordinate with plant teams and understand manufacturing HR practices
• Manage Time Office activities and maintain accurate attendance records
• Maintain and update labour records as per compliance
• Oversee employee seating and basic facilities in the plant
🔹 Requirements:
• Prior experience in HR operations
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliances
• Exposure to manufacturing plant HR is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
