Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage and monitor day-to-day F&V warehouse operations, manpower deployment, supervisors, attendance, productivity, and client requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate manpower is available as per operational requirements and coordinating with supervisors and the recruitment team for timely deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manpower and warehouse operations at F&V client locations.

• Monitor and guide Supervisors to ensure smooth operations and proper manpower utilization.

• Plan and deploy manpower as per client requirements, workload, and shift requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and understand daily/weekly manpower requirements.

• Ensure timely replacement of absentee and resigned employees.

• Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, attrition, productivity, and discipline.

• Develop and implement effective manpower hiring and recruitment strategies based on operational requirements.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring and joining of manpower.

• Maintain manpower availability and ensure minimum required headcount is maintained at all locations.

• Handle manpower shortage, absenteeism, employee grievances, and operational issues.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with supervisors regarding attendance, productivity, and manpower deployment.

• Monitor F&V warehouse activities and ensure operations are carried out as per client SOPs.

• Coordinate with clients for operational issues, manpower requirements, performance, and feedback.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly operational and manpower reports with management.

• Monitor employee performance and take corrective action wherever required.

• Support employee retention and reduce manpower attrition through proper coordination and engagement.

• Ensure proper communication between client, supervisors, recruitment team, and management.

• Visit client/warehouse locations regularly to monitor operations and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, manpower operations, logistics, F&V operations, or staffing.

• Good knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, and workforce management.

• Experience in handling and monitoring supervisors.

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and shift-based manpower requirements.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage manpower shortages and urgent operational requirements.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations/requirements.

• Willingness to travel to client/warehouse locations when required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in F&V warehouses, dark stores, e-commerce warehouses, manpower/staffing companies, logistics operations, or FMCG warehouse operations will be preferred.
