About the Role:
We are looking for a bold, confident, and highly organized HR & Operations Executive to handle candidate screening, daily office operations and telecalling team tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Screening: Sourcing candidate profiles from portals, conducting initial phone screening, and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
Team Tracking: Daily monitoring of telecallers' attendance, tracking daily call metrics, and updating performance records.
Data Management: Sourcing fresh data of Architects, Contractors, and Vendors, and assigning daily calling batches to the team.
Client Onboarding: Following up with converted clients over WhatsApp/Phone to collect profile details and site photos for platform onboarding.
Office Administration: Managing daily office discipline, basic administrative coordination, and assisting the founder in operations.
Requirements & Skills:
Confident Communication: Bold voice with strong communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
Punctuality: Highly disciplined with excellent attendance and time-management skills.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with Google Sheets / MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic smartphone/PC operations.
Work Timing:
Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
