We are looking for a HR Operation Executive to join our team at Sarvajith Infotech to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.

  • Handle PF and ESI registration, updates, monthly contributions, challans, and compliance.

  • Coordinate PF transfers, withdrawals, UAN-related activities, and employee queries.

  • Manage ESI registrations, employee additions/deletions, and related documentation.

  • Support monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, LOP, attendance, and leave records.

  • Prepare and verify salary statements, payslips, and payroll-related reports.

  • Maintain employee personal files and statutory records.

  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and full & final settlement support.

  • Coordinate with employees and statutory consultants regarding PF, ESI, and payroll queries.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare HR MIS and periodic compliance reports.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

  Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in PF & ESI.

  • Good knowledge of payroll and HR operations.

  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
