Position Details

Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Office Location: Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 20,000- 35,000

Probation Period: 3 Months

•Female candidates will be preferred

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, including onboarding and document validation

• Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and HR process management

• Experience working on recruitment or onboarding portals will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Document validation and verification

• Coordinating with internal teams for HR operational activities

• Managing HR reports and MIS using Excel, including data handling and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HR Operations

• Good experience in employee onboarding processes

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must have a personal laptop

• Candidate should be comfortable working from the Greater Noida location

Probation Terms

• The selected candidate will be on a 3-month probation period, subject to performance and company policy
