Duties & Responsibilities: My duties shall comprise assisting in recruitment, creating CV data bank, managing filling system in recruitment, updation of personel files of employees, handling HRIS and HR MIS data base. Manpower recruitment, New joining Induction and orientation documentation, Employee Master Data updating, every month PF & ESI challan filling, HR letters, Consultant coordination and monthly billing, new joining medical insurance, Monthly employee dashboard updation, Leave record updation
