Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR Operations and employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer and joining.
Manage recruitment for as per business requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, trackers and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Manage and update CRM with candidate and employee-related information.
Handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR matters.
Manage payroll inputs and other HR-related documentation.
Conduct employee induction and support employee engagement activities.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, processes and company rules.
