🚨 Hiring | Backend Executive – HR

Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive – HR to manage employee documentation, HR records, trackers/MIS, and post-selection joining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with selected candidates for joining documentation.
Verify, file and maintain employee records accurately.
Manage HR trackers, MIS and employee data.
Handle insurance and employee certification records.
Ensure documentation and policy compliance.
Support audits and flag documentation gaps or discrepancies.
Assist with other HR backend activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Documentation / Backend Administration.
Good knowledge of Excel, MIS and HR documentation.
Strong follow-up, communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
