Defining Your Impact
This role manages end-to-end HR operations at the factory, including attendance, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Executive works closely with shopfloor teams to ensure smooth workforce management, resolve grievances, and maintain accurate HR MIS and statutory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily attendance tracking for staff and factory workforce accurately
Administer leave management system ensuring policy compliance and records
Execute onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires
Drive employee engagement initiatives across shopfloor and staff
Resolve employee grievances promptly at factory level
Prepare HR MIS reports with accurate and timely data
Ensure compliance with factory laws and audit requirements
Must Have's
3–4 years experience in HR Operations (Factory/Manufacturing setup)
Proficiency in Attendance & Leave Management Systems
Knowledge of Factory Laws & Statutory Compliance
Experience in HR MIS & Reporting using MS Excel
Hands-on experience with onboarding documentation processes
