We are hiring an HR Executive – Operations & Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment, supervise telecallers, and handle HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting revenue growth through successful hiring closures.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process
Create and post job descriptions
Source and screen candidates from job portals
Conduct interviews and background verification
Supervise telecaller team and monitor performance
Maintain HR operations, attendance, and MIS reports
Support business revenue through hiring targets
