Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, managing daily HR operations, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule final rounds.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, handle documentation, conduct orientation sessions, and manage exit formalities.

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and initiatives to build a vibrant company culture.

• HR Operations & HRIS: Maintain employee databases, manage attendance and leave records, and assist with payroll processing.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and maintain transparent communication across departments.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and comply with standard labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: [e.g., 1 – 3 years] of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HRIS software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
