Job Title: HR & Operations Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, salary, and incentive-related data.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage employee documentation and support HR policies and procedures.
Handle customer databases, update records, and assist with customer queries when required.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational and HR records.
Coordinate with management and employees regarding administrative and operational requirements.
Support general office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
Perform other HR and operational duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
