Roles & Responsibilities

Source and coordinate candidates for open positions.

Support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in attendance, documentation, and basic payroll coordination.

Prepare reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Coordinate with internal teams and support day-to-day operational activities.

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR activities.

Candidates without HR experience should be active on social media and willing to learn recruitment processes.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, and English. All languages must and should

Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
