Hiring: HR Executive – Bhunidhi

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: (Add your office location)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Conduct initial screening & interviews
Coordinate with management for final interviews
Manage onboarding process for new hires
Maintain employee documentation & records
Ensure smooth joining and induction process

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
