The HR Executive cum Purchaser will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, along with overseeing procurement processes such as vendor management, purchase order processing, and inventory coordination.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Handle employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
Address employee grievances and support performance management processes.
Procurement / Purchase Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers.
Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO).
Coordinate with stores and accounts departments.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
Verify invoices and follow up on payments.
