Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue collar positions such as helpers, operators, technicians, welders, fitters, etc.
Conduct bulk hiring and campus/field recruitment drives.
Source candidates through contractors, job portals, local references, and manpower agencies.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Ensure timely manpower availability as per production requirements.
Maintain good relationships with local vendors and manpower suppliers.
Prepare daily / weekly recruitment reports for management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during hiring.
