🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment and staffing process.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.

• Source candidates through Job Portals, databases, social media, references and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

• Coordinate between candidates and client companies.

• Follow up with candidates from interview to selection and joining.

• Handle multiple vacancies across different industries and job profiles.

• Maintain candidate database, recruitment records and daily recruitment reports.

• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and vacancy updates.

• Handle offer, joining and post-placement follow-up.

• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong Recruitment / Staffing experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of Job Portals and candidate sourcing.

• Excellent candidate screening and interview coordination skills.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Good client and candidate handling ability.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

👤 PREFERRED CANDIDATE

• Female candidate with strong practical Recruitment / Staffing experience.

• Experience in any recruitment industry / consultancy / staffing company is acceptable.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, client coordination and candidate follow-up.

• Genuine recruitment experience is the primary requirement.

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
