Job Description:-
We are looking for HR Manager for our client place based at Sanand, Ahmedabad (Gujrat). An ideal will oversees talent acquisition, compliance, staff development, and employee relations for faculty and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., background checks, safety standards), handling payroll, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and fostering a positive work environment to support educational objectives
Role & Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute strategies to recruit high-quality teachers, administrators, and support staff.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with employment laws and education-specific regulations, including background checks, teacher certifications, and health and safety standards.
Employee Relations: Manage staff grievances, mediate disputes, and foster a positive, collaborative school culture.
Performance Management: Implement evaluation systems for faculty, provide feedback, and manage career development, including professional development training.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, salary structures, and benefits programs (health, retirement).
HR Policy & HRIS: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, update the employee handbook, and enforce organizational policies
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
Experience: 2+ years in HR and ideally within a manufacturing background.
Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills: Strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS software.
