About the Role

Madrid Software is looking for a motivated and proactive Placement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for helping our students secure good job opportunities with leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete placement process for students

Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters

Identify suitable job openings and internships for students

Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events

Prepare students for interviews through training and mock sessions

Track placement records and share regular updates with the team

Work closely with other departments to achieve high placement rates

Requirements

1+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or talent acquisition (experience in education/training sector is preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Important Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and candidates with internship-only experience are not eligible.

Candidates outside Delhi/Gurgaon are not eligible to apply.

This is a strictly in-person position. Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
