Familiar with job portals for posting jobs and finding suitable candidates.
Calling candidates and explaining job details.
Screening candidates based on the job requirements.
Scheduling interviews with candidates and management.
Conducting initial HR interviews.
Coordinating the interview process and following up with candidates.
Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related letters.
Maintaining employee records and HR documents.
Managing employee leave records and attendance.
Handling basic employee queries and HR-related requirements.
Supporting the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
Maintaining proper records of recruitment and employee information.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable with calling and communicating with candidates.
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
