Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and employee data.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Prepare HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR MIS reports and update HR databases regularly.
Coordinate training and induction programs for new employees.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information.
