We are looking for a HR OFFICER with Experience in the Civil Engineering Construction projects, which is mandatory.

Post job openings for across job boards and local networks.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate evaluations.

Collect, review, and verify time sheets for site workers and office staff.

Track site-specific allowances, overtime, and leave requests.

Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Maintain both digital and physical personnel files in the system.

Answer employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll issues.

Exposure to Insurance Administration is an added advantage. Educational Qualifications: Degree with MBA HR/MSW/MHRM, 4-6 years exp in civil engineering construction industry
