HR Manager – Blue Collar Workforce & Labour Compliance

Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in telecom/telecom infrastructure, blue-collar workforce management, industrial relations and labour-law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage blue-collar and contract workforce across multiple sites.

• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, minimum wages, labour laws and contractor management.

• Handle labour inspections, audits, employee grievances and industrial relations.

• Manage manpower vendors, contractor documentation and workforce deployment.

• Develop scalable HR processes, SOPs, compliance trackers and MIS dashboards.

• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management and workforce planning.

• Manage apprenticeship administration under NAPS/NATS, where applicable.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations or a related field.

• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 5 years managing blue-collar/contract workforces.

• Telecom or telecom infrastructure experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and contractor management.

• Excellent process management, vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to operational sites as required.

Preferred Industry: Telecom, telecom infrastructure, network rollout, EPC
