Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to oversee human resources, administration, and day-to-day operational support at our manufacturing facility. The candidate should have experience in managing factory employees, labour, statutory HR processes, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of staff and factory workers.

• Handle employee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.

• Manage labour workforce, contractor coordination, and employee discipline.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the plant.

• Maintain employee records, HR policies, and statutory compliance documentation.

• Resolve employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.

• Monitor housekeeping, security, office administration, and facility management.

• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, labour handling, and HR operations.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software.

Work Location: Bichwal Industrial Area, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
