About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. This role plays a critical part in shaping our company culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and trusted advisor to both leadership and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Lead compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination

• Drive learning, development, and training programs

• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution

• Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• 1+ years of HR experience, including in a managerial role

• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage
