Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible HR Manager to handle daily office HR operations, employee documentation, attendance management, payroll coordination, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and personal files

• Handle joining formalities and documentation

• Manage attendance, leave records & biometric system

• Assist in payroll preparation and salary data entry

• Prepare offer letters, appointment & relieving letters

• Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings

• Maintain HR registers and MIS reports

• Handle basic office administration work

• Support management in daily HR-related tasks

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• MS Office (Excel & Word)

• Data entry & documentation skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
