Headquartered in Mumbai, the company is expanding rapidly and seeks a dynamic HR professional to support its growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a leadership position while shaping HR practices in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding.
2. Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
3. Performance Management: Assist in setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and supporting career development.
4. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.
5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
6. Training & Development: Organize workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee skills.
7. Culture Building: Promote Transparent Capital's values of radical truth and transparency across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Education: Master's degree in HR, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years in HR roles, preferably in financial services/ fintech startups.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of HR tools/software.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices.
5. Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with Transparent Capital's culture of transparency.
