Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Generalist for the Jewellery Industry to manage recruitment, HR operations, administration activities, employee relations, canteen management, and security coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle workforce and office/factory administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee documentation
Handle employee engagement and grievance activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Manage joining, induction, and exit formalities
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Supervise canteen operations and hygiene management
Coordinate and monitor security staff activities
Handle visitor management, gate pass, and admin work
Maintain HR reports, MIS, and manpower data
Support smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR operations and administration
Attendance and payroll coordination knowledge
Ability to manage canteen and security operations
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
