Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support ● Manage end-to-end recruitment for designers, architects, site teams, and support functions. ● Use AI-supported recruitment practices such as data-based screening, smart sourcing, and structured interview coordination. ● Draft and update role-specific job descriptions aligned with studio and project requirements. ● Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer roll-outs, negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities. ● Support employer branding initiatives across professional and design-focused platforms. 2. Performance Management & HR Analytics ● Coordinate with Design Heads and reporting managers to implement KRAs, KPIs, and performance cycles. ● Track productivity, timelines, attendance, and utilization through system-generated MIS and dashboards. ● Support appraisal processes, feedback documentation, and performance improvement plans. ● Present clear HR and performance insights to leadership for informed decision-making. 3. Learning, Upskilling & Development ● Identify skill gaps through performance data, feedback, and project requirements. ● Coordinate internal training, software upskilling, and external workshops. ● Support the use of technology-enabled and AI-assisted learning tools. ● Track training participation and effectiveness through structured reports. 4. HR Operations, Systems & Compliance ● Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance. ● Ensure disciplined usage, accuracy, and timely updates within existing FMS and MIS platforms. ● Support continuous improvement of workflows using automation and AI-based efficiencies. ● Implement HR policies suitable for studio-based and site-based roles. ● Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal processes. 5. Culture, Engagement & Retention ● Support a performance-oriented, people-first culture aligned with Studio5 values. ● Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, recognition initiatives, and team-building events. ● Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and share actionable retention insights. ● Act as a dependable HR point of contact for employees across levels. Must-Have Skills & Profile ● 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or project-based organizations. ● Strong working knowledge of HR systems, MIS reports, automation, and AI-enabled HR practices (tool-agnostic). ● Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance coordination. ● Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and structured systems. ● Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. ● Working understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.
