Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management

• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

• Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with HR software/HRIS is a plus

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related role (customizable)

  • HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
