HR MANAGER
Location: Peenya 2nd stage Bengaluru
Experience: 3–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.
Manage employee relations, queries, and workplace concerns.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance data, and employee benefits.
Support training, employee engagement, and development activities.
Manage HR documentation and compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with department managers for manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
3–6 years of experience in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
