Responsibility
Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and professional office environment by supporting employees, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across departments.
Reduce the overall hiring workload of management by coordinating recruitment activities, planning manpower needs, and assisting in team decision-making based on workload analysis and cost evaluation.
Handle complete employee lifecycle processes including joining formalities, employee introductions, documentation, offer letter preparation, salary increment processes, and resignation or exit management.
Conduct first-stage interviews to screen and shortlist suitable candidates, ensuring only qualified profiles are shared with management, thereby saving time and improving hiring efficiency.
Actively motivate team members, address employee concerns, and resolve internal conflicts in a fair and confidential manner to maintain harmony and productivity in the workplace.
Manage employee leave approvals, attendance tracking, and implementation of HR policies while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and smooth coordination with management.
