We are looking for a Admin/HR to join our team Savita Security System to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20k to 30k and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and update job descriptions.

· Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

· Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

· Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

· To maintain office decorum as per company by laws.

· Generate project schedules and create metrics to be reviewed at each project milestone

· Analyze materials and personnel needs prior to the onset of each project phase .

· Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files .

· Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and state and federal workplace laws .

· Negotiate contract changes with customers before, during and after each project.

· Ability to maintain work flow in a fast-paced environment.

· Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 7 Days.
