Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Oversee employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, appraisal, exit)

• Maintain HR records, documentation, and statutory compliance

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures

• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management

• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievances

• Support performance management and appraisal systems

• Plan and execute training & development initiatives

• Act as a liaison between management and employees

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
