Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and talent acquisition

• Employee relations and HR policy implementation

• Performance management and employee engagement

• Handling payroll coordination and HR documentation

• Managing onboarding and employee records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred
