ob Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage and lead the HR functions of our real estate organization. The role focuses on recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and training & development, ensuring smooth HR functioning aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, marketing, site staff, and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancies
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture
- Conduct feedback sessions and employee satisfaction initiatives
4. Performance Management
- Develop and implement KPI/KRA systems
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and review processes
- Coordinate with management for performance improvement plans
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for sales teams, CRM staff, and site employees
- Plan and coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Maintain training records and employee development plans
6. Vendor & Admin Coordination
- Manage recruitment vendors and HR consultants
- Coordinate with admin team for office management and facility support
