Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage hiring, employee relations, HR policies, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance
Monitor performance appraisal systems and support managers
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Promote workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA/HR)
